  • 11 Aug 2018 → Bodyweight Training Level 1 – Fitness Test (Wangsa Maju), 7.30am – 9.00am
  • 12 Aug 2018 → Introduction to Weight Training (Tmn Melawati), 7.30am – 9.00am
  • 18 Aug 2018 → Circuit Training – timbang (Tmn Melawati), 7.30am – 9.00am
  • 19 Aug 2018 → Introduction to running 3.5km (Tmn Metropolitan Kepong) 7.30am – 9.00am
