Saya telah berjaya menurunkan berat badan dari 115kg ke 60kg dengan mengamalkan pemakanan sihat serta bergiat aktif dalam sukan Muay Thai & Kickboxing. Saya juga berpengalaman membantu individu menurunkan & mengawal berat badan serta mengendalikan program Weightloss. Saya sedia membantu anda untuk menurunkan berat badan dengan cara yang sihat dan berkesan.
