– Berat badan dahulu pernah mencecah sehingga 85kg dan berjaya mengurangkan masalah berat badan sehingga 55kg selama 7 bulan tanpa sebarang produk dan mengamalkan diet sihat dan senaman yang konsisten.
– Kini bekerja sebagai “Fitness Instructor” di Jatomi Pure Fitness , City Square JB.
– Mini Band & Self Myofascial Release Certificate from NASM
– Sport Nutrition & Meal Preps Certification from NASC
– Personal training “Back To Back” and small group
