  • 5 Aug 2018 →  Health & Nutrition Talk (Weight Loss) (Dewan Auditorium Fakulti Sains Universiti Malaya) 8.00am – 11.00am
  • 11 Ogos 2018 (Sabtu) → Fun Run 3km + Intro Circuit Training BBG Beginner 1 (Legs & Cardio) – Taman Rekreasi Bukit Jalil. 8.00am – 9.30am.
  • 12 Ogos 2018 (Ahad) → Kettle Bell Workout + BBG Beginner 2 (Arms & Abs) – Bukit Komanwel, Bukit Jalil. 8.00am – 9.30am.
