-Pernah melalui proses mengurangkan berat badan dan berjaya mengurangkan berat badan sebanyak 30kg tanpa menggunakan sebarang supplement.
-Certified Fitness Intrustor NASC
-Aktif bersukan dan menyertai program larian jarak jauh serta aktiviti outdoor seperti hiking.

Warga SETAPAK jom sertai saya untuk sama dalam misi kurus dan sihat. Bebaskan Setapak dari obesiti. “Let’s Work as one team one sound. If i can you also can!”
