  • Pernah mengalami masalah obesiti dengan berat mencecah 90kg. Berjaya menurunkan berat badan sebanyak 30kg dalam masa 1 tahun dengan mengamalkan pemakanan sihat serta konsisten workout.
  • Memiliki sijil Certified Fitness Instructor by NASC
  • Berpengalaman mengendalikan Small Group Training samada outdoor mahupun di Gym.
  • Aktif dalam running event & obstacle race.
  • Rutin harian, melakukan weight training di gym.
