Profile Team Leader :
I’m like every woman who struggles with her weight. I made a lifestyle change 1 year ago when i decided to join SnF season 2 and I have managed to shed 10kg so far. Now I wanted to return this favor to others, by becoming a Team Leader myself. I’m still in my journey to lose more and I find fitness both rewarding and addictive. It’s great seeing people progress and achieve what they think they couldn’t. Helping people to achieve their goals makes all the hard work worthwhile!

- 4 Feb 2018 → Health & Nutrition Talk – Weight Loss (Place To Be Confirm), 8am – 11am
- 10 Feb 2018 → Bodyweight + Running Intro, Taman Metropolitan Kepong, 7.30am – 9.00am
- 11 Feb 2018 → KB Introduction, Padang Rekreasi, Tmn Persekutuan TTDI, 7.30am – 9.00am
- 17 Feb 2018 → Public Holiday (CNY)
- 18 Feb 2018 → Public Holiday (CNY)
- 24 Feb 2018 → Weight Trainings, TBC, 7.30am – 9.30am
- 25 Feb 2018 → Hiking, Kota Damansara Forest Reserve, 7.30am – 10.00am
- 3 Mac 2018 → Mini Bootcamp, 7.30am – 9.00am
- 4 Mac 2018 → Sports Day, Taman Rimba Kiara, TTDI, 7.30am – 9.00am
