Profile Team Leader :

Certified Fitness Instructor through the National Association for Strength & Conditioning Research (N.A.S.C) Malaysia. Started her fitness journey in August 2015 after gained 23kg during her pregnancy. Love to share her knowledge and experiences in fitness and also, helps others especially ladies to become better stronger version of themselves.
